SHIPPING
Each Jewellery order is shipped via the method that was chosen during the checkout process. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address when placing an order online. Please note signature is required for all delivery methods.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
For domestic shipping under $4,000 you have the options to choose insured or non-insured postage. All orders over $4,000 are insured and will be sent via express post. Once the order has been signed for, we are no longer liable for the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international shipping we offer DHL Express Worldwide. Delivery time may vary depending on location and any shipping issues DHL may have. Once the order has left Australia, we are no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for the payment of any duty/import/taxes/customs charges that may incur by shipping to destinations outside of Australia. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase/ delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We make all of our pieces by hand. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, typically shipping within 2-3 business days. Some pieces, specifically custom made diamond rings can take up to 4 weeks to create. If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite service, please make sure to email us at louise@louiseshaw.com.au Please note, orders placed during the holiday season make incur longer production times. We can not control or be liable for any shipping delays. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and have never missed an engagement or wedding date.
