Return and Resize Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are wanting to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please get in touch.

READY-TO-BUY:

Ready-to-buy jewellery can be exchanged for store credit by submitting a request within 2 business days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please submit an exchange or store credit request. If a ring order does not fit you can pay for it to be resized and returned to you. Please check your size and the size of the ring before purchasing.

Items that are purchased with a discount code or on sale, are final sale.

CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER JEWELLERY:

Any Custom-made Jewellery you order is final sale and cannot be returned. This includes wedding rings, engagement rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and gift vouchers. If you are unsure if this policy applies, please email before ordering at louise@louiseshaw.com.au

All Jewellery must be returned in their original polished unused condition and have no signs of wear or use. Returned jewellery must be in its original packaging. Please note, if the merchandise upon return does not meet our return policy requirements, we have the right to deny credit or exchange. If a ring you purchased does not fit, ring resizing is available at the customers cost.

SUBMIT AN EXCHANGE REQUEST

We will be in contact with you within 3 business days regarding the item and request.

If your exchange is accepted, you will need to pay for return shipping of the piece unless a mistake was made on our end. We do not refund shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages, so please make sure you item is trackable as we cannot issue an exchange or store credit if your package is lost or damaged.

REPAIR / RESIZE

We offer traditional jewellery services, including resizing, repairs, claw tightening, etc. for all purchased Jewellery. Please submit your repair or resize request using the form below. We will review your request and be in contact within 3 business days.

If your repair or resize is accepted, you will need to pay for trackable shipping to mail your jewellery to us. Once received, we will review the item for repairs/resize. After the piece is examined and the cost determined, an invoice will be emailed to you to accept. Once the invoice is paid, we will begin the repair/resize. Please note that repairs/resize can take up to 3 weeks.

HOW CAN I FIGURE OUT MY RING SIZE?

I recommend visiting a local jeweller to be sized in person. Australian sizes are determined in letters and American sizes are determined in numbers but they can be converted.  Another option is to click this link to order the RING SIZER where you can determine your ring size at home. Be sure to consider the width of the ring you are getting to determine the size. If you are ordering a wedding band of 5mm width or more you may want to order up a half size as these ring sizers are easy to get on and off because they are narrow. Feel free to email us with any questions prior to your purchase as not all rings can be resized after they are made!
